The Wedding Process
Booking
After completing the booking form, and paying the booking fee, your date will be confirmed. I will then email you to get as much information as possible about the wedding style and any ideas you have for your makeup look and hair style for the day and to arrange a date for the trial. If you have a Pinterest account I will ask you to share your board with me. I gather all the details I can so that I'm armed with everything I need before the trial.
The Trial
The trial will generally take place at your home. I will arrive with a full kit of makeup and hair styling products along with a mirror. All I need from you is a room with good light, a table and a chair. It's best if your hair is dry and styled in your normal way and you're free from makeup. We will discuss colours and products and look at any photos you've gathered of the look you're after.
The Big Day
Timings will be carefully worked out after your trial, once we’ve established your chosen style and the number of people in your bridal party. This ensures there’s plenty of time to create each look without feeling rushed on the wedding morning.
In general, I like to allow 45 minutes for each individual hair or makeup service. If you’re getting married early in the day or have a larger bridal party, I may recommend bringing a colleague to assist - an additional artist fee will apply.
